Also check with Coal City Public Library(Grundy county) for the same. Then check Wilmington Public Library which has indexed obits(would cover Braidwood) from mid 1860's up. Northern ireland and location Braidwood suggests coal mine related. Also check Grundy County because Braidwood is less than 10 miles away from Coal City and Diamond in Grundy County.
