    1. Jacob Solomon Lechner and crooked middle finger
    2. This may sound wierd, however, I am trying to track the Lechner family through an inherited trait involving the middle finger of each hand. We have determined through the research that we have done regarding our family that it is a Lechner trait. The middle finger at the top joint by the nail, during the aging process begins to either turn outward or inward, sometimes to an almost 90 degree angle. It becomes evident during ones forties (or earlier) and REALLY does the turn in late 50s plus. Has anyone else seen this?
