William and Sarah (COLLIER) JONES lived in Prophetstown, Whiteside Co., IL in the late 1870's. Both died there, William in 1906 and Sarah in 1894. Many of their children lived and remained there. Their children were: Matilda, Susan, Henry, MaryJane, Sylvester, Samuel Ryland, Aaron, Letitia Ellen, Sarah Evangeline,William Allen and Latha Elizabeth.
