He was born in Illinois around 1889, married Hazel Murphy (whose parents were David Edgar Murphy and Kate Amenia Baker of Whiteside County) in 1908 in Poweshiek County, Iowa. I am assuming Willis Wenger was from the same area of Illinois, but not sure. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
