I submitted a request to the Whiteside co. Clerk and they very kindly forwarded it to the "Circuit Court" This was close to four months ago. Does anyone know about how long recieving rcords from the Circuit court takes, am I being to impatcient? Any one have an address or phone number for this court? Thankyou, Cheryl
