Page 7 Lot 16 West 1/2 owned by Henry Steltzer Grave 1 - empty Grave 2 - Steltzer, C.J. b Dec. 13, 1822 d Oct. 28, 1885 Born in Kunzendorf, Schlesien, Ger. Grave 3 - Steltzer, Edith b Jan. 25, 1826 d Oct. 20, 1911 "Gone but not forgotten" Two small stones "Mother" and "Father" Grave 4 - empty Grave 5 - empty Appendix A - page 56. C.J. Steltzer was born in Germany and I think his wife was a sister of either John A. Jacob or his wife Catherine. Appendix A - page 53. John adam Jacob was born in Prussia and his wife Catherine was born in Carroll County, MD. They had seven sons, Samuel, who lived in Iowa, Nelson, Adam, Moses, Emanuel, Francis (Doc), (7th not named), and two daughters Lydia (Buckley) and Lydia Ann (Dieterle). Mr. Jacobs at one time owned the Herr farm, the George Livingston farm, the Paul Woessner farm, the Louis Bauman farm, and the Buckley farm west of the Talbott school, and now part of the Woessner farm. There was no mention of the Schultz surname in this book. Arlene in Illinois
