I know there are city directories and I wonder if anyone has any for the years 1884-1887. WILLIAM FLINN HAYDEN married HELEN SYKES of Morrison in 1886 in Morrison and I think he may have lived there for a while before moving to Kansas, then Chicago. He may have been living with his father, AMOS HAYDEN (d. 1890 in Chicago). I would appreciate knowing who might be able to check the directories if no one on the list has them. Thank you. Nancy, I don't have a city directory, but I did check the following and did not find any Hayden's. 1890 Tax roles for Whiteside County. 1900 Whiteside County Census I also have Curt Gronners notes on buildings and businesses in Morrison, did a search on that file and also did not find any references to Hayden.
