Caroline from Whiteside Co. I do not have a birth date for Franz or any information except his presence in Philadelphia in 1928 at time of death of CVL. FRANZ may have been born in Germany in 1880's. Appreciate any help.Perhaps marriage records for Caroline and Carl.V. showing her parents,or FRANZ' birth record,or newspaper announcement of birth of Franz.
