NY. His parents, George and Sarah Cager Forward, were from Sussex, England. Most of the family moved to Whiteside Co., IL, and then on to Kansas. I don't have a lot of info, but am happy to share. I don't have a William Forward b. 1865, and don't have much on the family in England, but would like to find out more.
