FIRST: I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my farm, located in Section Fourteen, Township Twenty-one North, Range Five East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Whiteside County, Illinois, to my wife, Nora Houseman, for and during the term of her natural life only. During the time she shall enjoy the life use of said farm, she shall pay the taxies levied thereon, keep the improvements reasonably insured and reasonably repaired.
