I, for one, am sorry to hear that the Lick Creek Church was torn down. My gggrandfather, Thomas J. Aud, was a minister there in the 1840's. Both he and my ggrandfather and most of their families are buried there. Why was the church destroyed? Does anyone know where the church records are stored or if they were even saved? I have pictures of the church before it was torn down. I would be interested in any and all pictures of the church as it was being destroyed. If anyone is interested in sharing those pictures please contact me at jbhannah@earthlink.net . It is actually in Harelds Prairie twp, not Indian Creek.
