This is a general query, sent to several, as I am hoping maybe one can help me find a descendant of Helen Freehrer who married John M Simpson. Helen is the daughter of Nancy Cross and Luke Jackson Bozeman, and the sister of my great grandmother Caroline Bozeman who married Yearby Land in the 1860's in White Co. IL. A recent publicized Bozeman genealogy report states that Caroline died and was buried in 1917 in Faith, SD. I believe it was Helen or a descendant of hers who gave information for this Bozeman record as I find a statement in a Cross record that says "has furnished much of the information of the Cross family and particularly on the Nancy Cross and Luke Bozeman family". I am trying to find someone who could have known this information in the 1930's. My immediate connections have not proven this.
