I just rec'd an old typed transcription of the 1880, 1900, and 1910 Census of White County, IL containing a DUNGY/DUNGIE household-I am seeking descendents of these folks as I am sure they tie into my Dungys of other IL counties-there is a Harrison marriage in this line. Parents of Rawleigh Chester Wilson w/w Julia McMurtry and Mary Esther Wilson w/h Dennie Pool. Raleigh Wilson is the son of William Berry Wilson and Sarah Elizabeth Hays. There are many names of purchasers in the estate sale. Names appearing on sale bill: Griffith, Henson, McMurty, Bryant, Hays, Acord, Brockett, Welch, Sutton, Butery(sp), Green, Hart, Marlin, Satterfield, Riley, Willis, Spence, Morland, Phipps, Veach, Witherspoon, Cook, Harris, Young, Smith, Pool and misc others that are difficult to read. Heads of families are Daniel, 52, b. KY, Jonas, 53, b. KY, Jonas, 29. b. IL. In 1870, there are 11 separate listings for the Hon name. One of these is a Daniel Hon, 39, b. IL, with wife Malinda, 36, b. IN. They have a child Charles, age 9, b. IL. who may be the Charles you are looking for. There is a marriage shown for a Daniel Hon and Lucinda Lukenbill, July 14, 1859. There is also a marriage shown for Daniel Hon and Malinda Lukenbill, Nov. 22, 1869. Lucinda may have been Charles mother. She may have died and Daniel then married a sister( Lucinda )before the 1870 census. This could be confirmed with the 1850 census. I hope this helps a little.
