There is an excellent site of local (Evansville area) obits online and it has several Zopfs. Address is: http://browning.evcpl.lib.in.us -- then select advanced search and type in your Zopf name. You can search the obits, also search for any individual by scrolling on down to the picture of Mr. Browning sitting at his computer. There is an site to open by the picture. Also, being a German name, it was pronouced with an "s" sound, and could be spelled Sopf, Soff, Zoff, Zope, Sope. Ancestry has quite a few Zopfs, but you have to be a member to access their census records. Hope this helps.
