    3. Most of you agree with me...how can one determine if the ancestor is your blood relative until you LOOK at the record? Last year, before Hamilton County IL got so tight, I was able to get the William Davis certificates of marriage and death...there were only 14 William Davis' and their wives names are all Mary, Sarah, Rachel or Elizabeth So, I was lucky in 2002... and able to pin mine down.....not so, last week with Hutchcraft, Bond surnames and others. ladybug
