Mary, In 1860 there are 3 Hon families living in White Co. Heads of families are Daniel, 52, b. KY, Jonas, 53, b. KY, Jonas, 29. b. IL. In 1870, there are 11 separate listings for the Hon name. One of these is a Daniel Hon, 39, b. IL, with wife Malinda, 36, b. IN. They have a child Charles, age 9, b. IL. who may be the Charles you are looking for. There is a marriage shown for a Daniel Hon and Lucinda Lukenbill, July 14, 1859. There is also a marriage shown for Daniel Hon and Malinda Lukenbill, Nov. 22, 1869. Lucinda may have been Charles mother. She may have died and Daniel then married a sister( Lucinda )before the 1870 census. This could be confirmed with the 1850 census. I hope this helps a little.
