    3. I am researching information on the family of Joseph Edgar Carter born in 1870. Son of William CARTER and Elizabeth MUSGRAVES. Joseph married Elizabeth Allis Marcus (was previously married to BALES) on 11/18/1884 in White County, IL. I know of two children: John Franklin CARTER (b. 1/16/1890 d. 3/30/1976) Pearl CARTER (b. 7/4/1892 d. 11/15/1972). Any information would be greatly appreciated. Mike Clemmons
