Laurel, I thought we had connected up the two Bruce families already? Your Robert Bruce (b. 1764 , Culpeper Co VA) was the brother of my William b. 1762 and their father was John Bruce b. abt 1740 in Edinburgh, Scotland who married Mary Smith. Correct me if I am wrong. Carol Dugger
