On Saturday, October 25, 2003, my loving mother and friend, Virginia F. Gier (nee Savage) passed away. She was the daughter of Clifford Savage and Cannie Thomas. Died: October 25, 2003, Palos Heights, Cook County, IL Buried: October 29, 2003, Cissna Park Cemetery, Cissna Park, Iroquois County, IL My mother passed away after being a victim of Alzheimer's Disease. She had the disease for approximately 10 years. We believe the cause of death to be a massive heart attack. We are awaiting for official confirmation on the death certificate.
