She was born in White County to William Edmund Frashier and Flossie L. Good Frashier. She married Horace Samuel Tucker in August 1933. Flora attended Flintwood Wesleyan Church. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara (Kenneth) Arnett of Nashville, Ind.; grandchildren, Scott Tucker, Tracy Higgins, Grant Arnett and Terry Burgan; and one great grandchild, Spencer Tucker. Flora was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Horace, a son, William A. Tucker, who passed away in 2009, and a brother, Edward L. Frashier. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 27 at the Marshall Ferry Cemetery in Carmi. The Rev. Wes Jones will officiate. Burial will follow at Marshall Ferry Cemetery.
