He was born December 24, 1980, in Evansville, Ind., the son of Ron and Vickie Dawn (Voeltz) Gwaltney. Casey was an avid fan of UK Basketball, Nascar, and the Chicago Cubs. He was a member of the Springerton Son's Of The American Legion, Burnt Prairie Masonic Lodge, McLeansboro Eagles, McLeansboro Elks Lodge, Fairfield VFW Men's Auxiliary, and the Enfield Sportsman's Club. Casey is survived by his father, Ron Gwaltney, of Mill Shoals; a sister, Corrie Randolph; a half-sister, Laurie Stokes; three nieces and nephews; an uncle, Vernon Gwaltney; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vickie Gwaltney; grandparents, Everett H. and Oma Gwaltney and Vernon and Betty Voeltz. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield. Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 4 until 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place in Little Zion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or to Elks Crippled Children's Fund.
