A new website has been activated that will follow where RAOGK(Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness) went.  Working with Dale Schneider, husband of RAOGK’s late founder, Bridgett Schneider, the group was led by Mark Rabideau who did the organizing and programming. Take a look at www.generousgenealogists.com  .  There are already some volunteers listed and many more are needed.  For both accuracy and privacy reasons, the original RAOGK’s volunteer database was not used, so if you were listed before, you need to sign up on the new site.  If you weren’t listed before and can do a lookup near where you live, your are invited to sign up.  If you are in need of a lookup, check out the growing database of volunteers.
