I was given a lot of old photos from a relative and one of the photos is actually a postcard from my great grandparents (Jesse J and Etta (Ruby) Tuley) sent to Mrs. William Boyer. In research I realized that this is William T Boyer and Effie B Pritchett from Carmi. I am trying to figure out what connection there would be to the Tuley family. William P Tuley (a great uncle) was the county clerk and first banker of Carmi. The Felix Ruby (Etta) family was also from Carmi.
