Carmi Times Mon Oct 26, 2009 Springfield - Harriet "Elizabeth" Ehrhardt, 87, Springfield, formerly of Enfield, passed away at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009 at Mill Creek Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Springfield. Elizabeth was born Nov. 7, 1921 in Crossville, a daughter of John and Lucy (Yates) Butsch. She married Kenneth Ehrhardt in 1942 and he passed away in 1993. Also preceding were one brother, four sisters and one nephew. Elizabeth is survived by one niece, Sue (the Rev. Bob) Berry; nephews, Steve (Teri) Beckam, Raymond and Rick Beckam, John (Carolyn) Cash and the Rev. Don (Bonnie) Gerkin; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009 at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Carmi, the Rev. Don Gerkin officiating. Memorial may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
