Carmi Times Wed Sep 09, 2009 New Mexico - Richard "Keith" Stills, 72, Farmington, N.M., died Aug. 31, 2009 at his home after a nine-month battle with leukemia. He was born Feb. 27, 1937 in Carmi, the son of Orila and Jesse Stills. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Lloyd Duane Stills; and his sister, Beverly Longacre. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Cindy; his son, Tyland Keith Stills and wife, Janet, of Winnsboro, Texas; his son, Steve Clegg Stills and wife, Betty, of Vernal, Utah; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. At the request of the deceased, cremation has taken place, and no funeral or memorial service will be held.
