I have been trying to contact her family Millspaugh in that area and having some of them searching for records of her - father Augustus Justice.You would not believe the people that are trying to find records of his parents to trace back the line.My dad whos mother was his granddaughter never talked about her side of the family, but my dad remembers a picture of and Indian soldier pos Capt or Lt. with braids down to his waist in his grandmothers hallway. Some of my family think since Augustus appears in Ohio no Birth record and dies in IL. no death record other than he is buried in the Albion Cem. in White Co, Il, that Dick Justice the Indian Chief was his father.Any thoughts ?
