America Pyle born December 12, 1833 in Jackson Co., Ohio and died April 5, 1883 in White Co., ILL. Does anyone know where he is buried? Also does anyone know if his wife Deborah Ann Acord Pyle who died August 30, 1911 at Bloomfield, Stoddard, Missouri was shipped back to Illinois for burial? Darrell Wesley

Darrell, According the Harriett Vaught's cemeteries of White County, America was buried near Stokes Station in Indian Creek Township, but the cemetery is no more. I didn't look for Deborah, but there are several Pyles buried in Rice cemetery, which is close to the Stokes Station area. I have not been to this cemetery, although it contains many people in my database. It is seldom used and not easy to find.
