Carmi Times Mon Feb 08, 2010 Grayville, IL Henry Anthony "Tony" Linder, 71, formerly of Grayville, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Ga. After moving from Grayville he made his home in Acworth, Ga. He was born May 25, 1938, in America, Ill., the son of Nathan and Ethel Irene (Leet) Linder. He was an oil well driller and enjoyed music and playing the guitar. Survivors include his former wife, Cora Beth Wheatley of Buford, Ga.; three sons, Dreag Linder and his wife, Helen, of Acworth, Michael Linder of Villa Rica, Ga., and Douglas Linder and his wife, Tara, of Acworth; three daughters, Gina Beuligmann and her husband, Jim, of Mt. Carmel, Kelly Holness and her husband, Garey, of Buford, and Michelle Perry and her husband, Jackie, of Acworth; three brothers, Charles Linder and his wife, Carolyn, of Crossville, Steven Linder and his wife, Pat, of Albion, and Marvin Linder of Cottonwood, Ala.; two sisters, Laura Pratt and Carolyn Johnson of Zephyrhills, Fla.; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Ethel Linder; three brothers, John, Carl and Bernard Linder; and three sisters, Martha Ambrose, Donna Havy and Brenda Wolfe. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. The funeral is at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
