As regards my messages about photographs of probable White County residents from maybe 1880 to 1900, here is a list of the known photos/tintypes. Several of them have successfully been identified, but more information is still needed. My original thoughts were that they might be friends of my family, but it seems that they are somehow related. If anyone would like to see copies of any of them, I do now have a scanner and will be happy to send them to you.
