I, too, found it necessary to "log on" to access these files. I decided to look at their help files and found the following information. It appears to be available at certain times to everyone based on all the emails I've been reading on this list. But, it is connected to the library. So it may be open to the public only when the library is connected?? I didn't see a link to contact anyone to ask a direct question about access.
