Boord, 1868-1944, wife of John Jacob Helm, was the daughter of F.M. J. Boord 1830-1892 and his wife Martha Miller/Mueller 1837-1913, daughter of Francis and Barbara. F.M.J. Boord was the son of Lorenzo D. Boord, born 1808 Bourbon County, KY to George Boord and third wife Sarah, died 1881 Grayville, Illinois. George Boord was born in VA, was apparently married thrice: second to Susan Gadd, third to Sarah. His children included Lorenzo D., Dew, Alabam, George and Elijah. Lorenzo D. and Nancy Boord had children, including Francis Marion Jonathan, William G., Avarilla, George L., Mary A. and James D. Boord. F.M.J. and Martha Boord had children, including Belle, Ada L., Edward or Edgar and Anna.
