    2. Anna, you can. I live in Virginia. Somehow I had found that there were three locations that had what I thought I wanted. One was in Pennsylvania, one in Texas, and one in Indiana. I had just assumed that it would come from the closest location, but Indiana was the winner. You just go to your local library information or help desk, and tell them you would like to borrow whatever. I was asked how much I would be willing to pay if there was a fee -- I said "nothing." And there was no fee. I've learned that the Inter Lending Library (ILL) is just the ticket for almost any book that the local libraries do not carry. This was the first time I had used the service, and I must say I was impressed.
