These may not be the same William Duncans, but counties did change names and often people had property in more than one county at the same time. Franklin Co 1820- John & Martin, 1830 Dudley W, Henry, James, John, Thos, Warrington, Wm P, & Zachariah. 1840- Mary Ann, 1850 Henry J., 1860 at Benton PO- F.F., Francis, Henry J, & Joptha BG.
