Cletus, Hate to tell you but in the 1970s list of Powell Cemetery there are no Munsey family members listed. The historical society has been working on updating the cemetery readings and we know these have tons of errors, but they are a starting point. Betty, The 1970s Powell cemetery readings include listings for William C. Hill, born 1875, no death date, and Estella Hill, his wife, born 1878, died 1955, and a Minerva G. I have Chrisman's in my family line from Bartholomew County, Indiana name Thomas Chrisman who married Rachell Leitnam. His son as Will Chrisman who settled in Clark County, Arkansas. In the 1910 census, Will Chrisman, 48, of Clark Co., AR states that his father was born in TN and his mother in Indiana. If he is correct, you might find clues to Thomas's family in TN.
