I don't know about the Fairfield Public Library, I doubt it. But you can get them on inter-library loan from the Illinois State Historical Library in Springfield. Terry is right. I just made a few calls and you can get the Press via library loan. They said if you go to your public library, you can get the Wayne Co. Press microfilm via library loan. Also check with your state historical library. There are a few states that do have a copy. You have to go to that State Historical Library to use the film there.
