According to his marriage record, his father was J D Young and his mother was Elizabeth Young. In 1906 he married Minnie Blanche Courtright, daughter of Jesse Ellsworth Courtright and Hannah Elizabeth Strahl. James was known as "Will" and Minnie was known as "Blanche". They moved to Galesburg, Knox Co, Illinois and had seven children. In 1927, "Will" left Galesburg, never to be heard from again by our family.
