    3. Lynda Now you've got my attention. I have Rose family married into my Butler family. In fact, one of my Rose cousins was partly responsible for getting our Butler family reunion going again and I saw him and his mom and sister at our reunion in August in Bluford. Do you know any more about the Rose family? My cousin is Harold Rose, Jr who was son of Harold Rose Sr. who was son of Jim/James Rose who married my grandmother's sister, Nellie Agnes Butler (b 17 Mar 1903 d 30 Jul 1991) in July 1919. Jim died in 1925 ( I think it was) in an airplane crash and my great Aunt Nell married second time to Paul Schmidt 22 Jul 1937. 3. Sandy We just keep moving around the edges of the same families. I don't know any more about the Rose family, only that Julie Ann Hall, daughter of William Hall married a Rose. Of course Rebecca Warfield, Mrs. Wm. Hall was a sister to Mrs. Wm. Davis, I think. I seem to recall that there was at least another Warfield daughter who married there in the area. I know my mother talked a lot about Great Aunt Julie. I think she was my grandmother's (Gertrude Hall, daughter of George Mathias Hall and Margaret Kaufmann Hall) favorite Aunt. 3. Lynda I'll contact my cousin Harold Rose and see what he knows about the Rose family. Who knows, maybe he can shed some light on this branch. I'll let you know if we come up with anything.
