I have rules I have to follow or the mailing list is assigned to a 'stranger'. I have the settings as high as possible. Right now it for each 20 times an email to 1 person bounces, I get 1 notice. After 80 notices (1600 bounces), depending on the error message for the bounce email, is what happens next. IF the reply is "User Unknown", I remove that email address from our list. IF the error message is "over mailbox quota" I leave the email address alone for at least one month. IF the reply is "server not responding" I ignore this and leave the email address alone. IF I do not maintain my role on the mailing list the list is given to someone else, and believe me, they are not as nice and lean as I do. So, if you get removed, please contact me and I will add you back on. IF you change your email address YOU must unsubscribe from your old address and subscribe to your new one.
