Hi, I've sent this query to the White County, IL list but thought since this family lived in Burnt Prairie that perhaps there might be someone in Wayne County who might have some information on them. I'm at that point where I'm grasping at straws. My G.G. Grandmother Susan Hunsinger, b. 1822-1828, White Co. IL married twice. She married first, 22 June 1845, White Co. IL, Stephen Watkins. Her second husband Charles Atteberry was my G.G. Grandfather whom she married 24 Aug 1848, White Co. IL. I would like to find out more about Stephen and Susan's daughter Mary Elizabeth Watkins, b. 1846-1847. Mary married 27 Jan 1866, White Co. IL Jacob Gray, b. ca 1840, d. Nov 1905, White Co. IL. Jacob and Mary are listed living in Burnt Prairie in the 1880 Census along with Jacob's Mother Rebecca. Does anyone have any information on Jacob, Mary, Jacob's parents or his children?
