    3. I currently have Ancestry.com and have utilized Genealogy.com. I would say that it all depends on what your searching needs are. I, myself prefer Ancestry.com over Genealogy.com because I think their records are so much easier to search, in terms as being able to narrow searches down. Genealogy.com does have a lot to offer (though I've never found anything I need there), but their records do not have ways to narrow searches and is tedious to take hours and hours going through a particular name in a particular state. That is unless you are lucky enough to have a less common name to work with! As far as the Census goes, you almost need both Genealogy and Ancestry. Because what Ancestry is missing (such as 1900 and 1910) Genealogy will have. Their Census indexes also seem to be opposite of each other. But over all I prefer Ancestry over Genealogy. But that's just my preference!! ~ "Always be a 1st rate version of yourself instead of a 2nd rate version of someone else." ~ Judy Garland ~ ~ ~ ~ Pray for our brave soldiers at war. ~ ~ ~ ~ Support Care2 Email: 1,400 whales may be killed this year.
