Scroll down that page until you find your couple. In the FAR RIGHT SIDE of the page are letters MC with a line under them. This line means it is a link. CLICK on the letters MC to see the certificate. YES! YOU MAY DOWNLOAD ANY CERTIFICATE! PLEASE read the page before you start to prevent the confusion(s).
