Wayne Co., IL Researchers I realized I left out information about about the Marriage Certificates via the county clerk. These reproduced certificates were sent to be microfilmed about 10 years ago, of which is BEFORE Donna was in office. Donna, the present County Clerk, has been doing a GREAT job and is doing her best to preserve all the records. Because of her great efforts, I am making arrangements for her to get an award for being the most 'Outstanding County Clerk". Last, I will be giving my paper copies of these back to the court house.
