Jerilyn I have had several people tell me when they use the images on Ancestry or Genealogy that they can not find people. Lucky me! I have Betty Beeson's 1860 Census book. She did a GREAT job transcribing this. If you want to send me the names I can try and look it up in the book? Dianna I find it's often due to the census taker spelling of names. If you browse through the actual images on ancestry.com, you can usually spot your family if you know where to look. I've spent many hours browsing through Wayne County census images and find some pretty interesting spelling of the names.
