I am looking for Josiah CARTER (b.VA 1776) whose children included (I think) Samuel P. CARTER (b.KY/IL 1814/1815) and James R CARTER (b.IL 14 Jan 1823/1824. Does anyone know of this family in Wayne County in 1820, 1830, and/or 1840? Thanks. Wes
