Hi Does anyone know what newspaper an obit would have been printed in for someone from Mt. Erie in 1947? And where can I find copies or microfilm? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Deborah Thurman Parks

Deborah For that time frame, the Wayne County Press, Fairfield, IL was one newspaper and it is on microfilm, of which can be ordered through Library Loan (or is at the Fairfield Library). Also, the Reporter, owner and editor was a Draper (my mind just went blank), out of Wayne City. This paper went out of business and was NOT but on microfilm.
