Elaine Sorry but I do not have any of Doris Bland's cemetery books. I don't want Doris to think I am copying any of her information to our website. I want to have photos of every gravestone we post on the website. I have accepted some information on burials in cemeteries from people that can convince me they actually visited the cemetery but I hope to eventually have all gravestones photographed. Once we have everything photographed I will purchase books from Doris for the cemeteries my ancestors are buried in. Maybe someone on the list will do a look-up for you. I am copying the list on this reply so others can respond to you. Sandy Elaine Suhre wrote: > Hi Sandy, Didn't know if I got back to you, or not. Elaine The Clark Cem. is in Vol 2 and I had my sister look for Alexander's grave and there is no Alexander in this Cem. There are LOTS of stones that can not be read, even years ago when Doris went through it. Also, how wise you are to wait for the snakes to go on a vacation ... this old cem. is in the fields, lots of snakes, mostly garden but a snake is a snake! ha! ,Your Curry, I looked in the death book, she was not there, if which is not surprising. If she died in Wayne City, my guess would be Farnsworth, Thomason, or Olive Branch Cem. My sister has all my books but does not have them with her right now (she is at work). Maybe someone on the list will be more helpful. BTW, your Curry, is this her maiden name or married name? If it is her married name, do you know who her husband was? I have Curry line back to 1760 but most start about 1830's. Thanks!
