Wayne Co., IL Researchers Forwarding email about the State Marriage Index Subject: Illinois Statewide Marriage Index The marriage data entry Web site will be closed for the month of April. The Secretary of State's computer people are changing the entire system's language from Cobol to Java Script during that month. We will notify everyone when the system is back up and running for data entry. We anticipate the site will be down for no more than a month. Charles L.
