Greetings: Can anyone help with the name of an "Institution" in (around) the Warren Co, Monmouth area of Illinois? A sister of my Grandfather, B) 1871--D) 1908, supposedly was in an institution. This family was not wealthy, were these institutions free of charge? She evidentally visited with the family at home at times. Also is there any type of census records, as she is not on the 1880 census listings as a family member. Any ideas at all how to find any information? Thanks, Happy New Year, Shirley
