He was 78 years, 11 months and 13 days. Survived by wife, 2 daughters and one son. Irvington: Arthur Mitchell is building a new barn on his premises in "Stringtown" Oliver Hoffman has added a brand new Ford to his list of earthly possessions. Richview: Mr. And Mrs James Vaughn and granddaughter Edna Smith were visitors in Ashley Tuesday. Willie Adams of St Louis is at home to spend the summer with his parents, Mr and Mrs D. J. Adams Mrs W. H Wittenburg of Centralia is spending a few days with her mother Mrs Ellen Cameron in Richview. Ashley: Miss Nell Rountree spent Tuesday in Centralia. W. L. Moss of Mt Vernon was a visitor Sunday in this city. Radiators repaired and work guaranteed at Shanks Garage. Miss Lois Smith of Carbondale spent Saturday evening and Sunday with Miss Ruth Coulter.
