Dear Russell,, I have found from experience that sometimes you can read what others can't. IF no one answers you on the list, my suggestion is to try to get a copy of the microfilm anyway and see if you can read it. I remember reading / going through all of Washington co looking for my relatives and yes there are parts that are difficult to read....so it depends on your eyesight and perservance. I just recently found my Markhams only because someone had typed up the list on the net but could not read mine. (and others) so they just said ****** and wrote it the bits they could read. This was not IL. Because of the bits they did put in, I knew it was mine and went to the Archives and searched the microfilm. and found the family. It was terribly hard to read but I know it is mine. There are other places besides the Mormons that you can get the microfilm from. Have you tried those? Ava
